Tip: If Pascal is in your town, he will be standing on one of your bridges.

There is a rumor that if you repeatedly talk to him BEFORE he jumps off the bridge he will ask you if you lost something on the beach. Say yes and he will give you a GOLDEN AXE. To do this you MUST have Scallops in your pocket whilst talking to him.

Note from HTA Master: I really think this rumor is untrue because it isn't possible to talk to Pascal repeatedly before he jumps off the bridge.
