When you look at any profile (yours or another user's) you will see two times shown.

One is Last Login/Update. This Time is shown in your timezone so that you can tell if they have logged in lately without doing any time conversion.

The other one is Current Game Time. This is the current time in the user whose profile you are viewing's timezone (their timezone).
