Creepy crawlies that can be caught with a net. There are 64 total insects in the game - you need to catch them all to obtain the Golden Insect Net.
The general rule is that no butterflies, dragonflies or other flying insects will appear while it is raining. Likewise, insects that hop on the ground or sit on flowers (besides snails) will not appear - e.g. grasshoppers, locusts, mantis etc.
On the other hand, snails will ONLY appear IN the rain.

There are five levels of rarity, from A being the rarest to E being the most common.
